We want you to have a great shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Request Time
Customers must report any issue with their order within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue. The video must show the package being opened and the damaged item clearly.
After verification, we will offer either:
• A replacement, or
• A full or partial refund depending on the situation.
Missing Items
If any item is missing from your order, you must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the contents of the package. After verification, we will issue a refund for the missing item.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Used or opened products
• Products damaged by the customer
• Items marked as non-returnable
• Electronic products
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item.
Rejected or Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses to accept a parcel after it has been shipped, the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. In such cases, up to two times the original shipping cost (forward and return shipping) may be deducted.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
